Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, Howl’s Moving Castle, and My Neighbor Totoro are just a few of the classic movies that have solidified the studio’s reputation in the world of animation.
A powerful new image-generating feature that OpenAI’s most recent version to ChatGPT unleashed has caused a surge in the number of Studio Ghibli-style images being posted online.
But because of the tremendous demand for the product, OpenAI’s resources are severely strained, and CEO Sam Altman has advised users to slow down. “Will you all just relax while creating pictures? On X, Altman wrote, “This is crazy, our team needs sleep.”
