Dr. Marwah, a visionary leader in the global media and entertainment industry, is the founder of the iconic Noida Film City. Recently, he was also named Vice Chair of the Media and Entertainment Skill Council under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and serves as the National Commissioner of Scouts and Guides under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India.
