When should I make notes for UPSC preparation, on 1st reading or on 2nd? New Delhi

While in UPSC examination, many applicants have the tendency of taking notes for UPSC preparation. This is a helpful practice for revision because some people are able to remember information better while they are taking notes. Additionally, a lot of people take notes after their first reading and a lot of people read it twice before taking notes.
