First, start by unfolding the gum wrapper completely. Smooth it out so that it lies flat on a clean surface. Ensure that there are no creases or wrinkles on the wrapper.
Next, fold the wrapper in half lengthwise, aligning the edges carefully. Press down firmly to create a sharp, crisp fold. This will form the base of your heart shape.

To create the rounded top of the heart, fold the bottom point of the triangle upwards, towards the center. Press down firmly to secure the fold. This will form the top of your heart shape.
Finally, fold the two sides of the triangle inward, meeting at the center. Press down firmly to secure the folds. You have now successfully made a heart out of a gum wrapper!
